SUCCESS FOR LIFE

Step One: Kindergarten

We are very excited about our new Success for Life program to build supportive teams in every kindergarten classroom to enable each student to excel in kindergarten!

Every classroom will have special dinners throughout the year and will work as a team to support each other and ensure each child’s success. These dinners will bring teachers and parents together to form a partnership to learn and share ways to make sure every student has the support needed to thrive.

The partnerships created will actively involve parents in the teaching/learning process and will provide parents with health, social and academic resources they need to help their children succeed. Parents will also be given the tools they need to help their children at home. Every family will be connected through a classroom network to give support and information. By working closely together, it is anticipated that student achievement will improve through increased opportunities for parent/teacher relationships, parent education and parent involvement.

WELCOME TO AN INNOVATIVE YEAR IN KINDERGARTEN!
